Machine Solutions Opens European Offices

To support its expanding regional customer base, process and testing equipment supplier Machine Solutions Inc. opened new sales and technical support offices in Europe. The firm’s new German branch, Machine Solutions GmbH, is located in Munich, with additional technical support staff located in Galway, Ireland, and customer service branches in Europe and the Middle East.

“With our offices based in Munich, we are now able to provide direct and immediate support to all existing and new Europe-based clients in the continually growing medical device field,” says Randy Preston, director of international business development. “With a very experienced and well-trained staff, this office will initially serve as a central location for sales, support, and service to the European continent. In the future, we hope to expand our facilities to include product showcases and host private client visits.”

Preston says that 2009 will be an exciting year for product launches from Machine Solutions (MSI). “Starting with the MD&M West show in Anaheim and carrying through to the European and Pacific Rim MEDTEC shows, MSI will launch a number of new, highly innovative products that address the ever changing equipment requirements of the medical device industry,” he adds. With its new product launches that will address the needs for Catheter Laser Bonding, Long Length Stent Crimping, as well as high-level automation and controls, MSI will be expanding not only on its core product lines but also venture into new product areas.
