Ambient Assisted Living Forum 2012 to Take Place in Eindhoven
August 27, 2012 – 1:38 amThe Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) Forum 2012 will take place 24 to 27 September 2012 in the Evoluon in Eindhoven, Netherlands, presenting attendees the opportunity to provide and receive essential information, inspiration, imagination, interaction and innovation in the AAL arena. The AAL Forum is the annual platform for the increasing European AAL community to meet and discuss topics relevant for improving the Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme (AAL JP) as well as the adoption of AAL solutions in the market.
The four main themes for this year’s forum will be:
- EU, national and regional policies
- AAL Projects: outcome and future
- From research to business: delivering innovations
- Cutting edge ideas
The forum is being organised by Smart Homes in association with the Noord-Brabant provincial authority, the city of Eindhoven and Brainport Development on behalf of the AAL Programme and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. More than 100 exhibitors and over 1000 visitors are expected to attend.
