Axon Offers Free Seminar on IVD-Related Legal and Regulatory Issues

The legal and regulatory issues confronting makers of in vitro diagnostic products will be explored at a forthcoming seminar organised by Amsterdam-based Axon Lawyers. Under the best of circumstances, bringing IVD products to market can be challenging. Given the impending revisions of the IVD and Data Protection directives, the regulatory pathways are certain to become even more daunting. Scheduled for 12 September near the Axon offices in Amsterdam, the seminar aims to provide attendees with resources that can help them to achieve market success.

Speakers will include Sabine Ohse, Head of medical devices certification, Auditor and IVD expert at BSI Group, Germany; Henk Vietor, CEO, Skyline Diagnostics, Netherlands; and Erik Vollebregt and Carine van den Brink, both of whom are partners at Axon Lawyers.
