ITW Medical Products Buys Disposables Manufacturer Coeur Holding
October 8, 2012 – 1:31 pmFrom the wire: ITW Medical Products, a division of Illinois Tool Works, today announced it has completed the purchase of Coeur Holding Co., a provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ITW Medical Products will continue selling both Coeur products and the Filtertek line under their respective brands.
ITW Medical Products’ global footprint now includes manufacturing and sales operations in Newcastle West, Ireland and Madrid; the United States; China; Brazil; and Mexico.
