Design Accolades Continue to Roll in for the Z?n Hearing Aid
January 7, 2009 – 3:21 pm
The Z?n hearing aid has been getting a lot of attention lately. Last October, we reported that the hearing aid designed by Stuart Karten Design (SKD) had won the Spark Design Award and the People’s Design Award from the Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. Now, the most recent accolade presented to SKD for the hearing aid’s sleek design is the CES Innovations Award. Selected by an independent panel of judges, the CES Innovation Awards will be presented at the Consumer Electronics Show held January 8-11 in Las Vegas, NV, USA. One more thing: Since our last post on SKD, the firm also won the 2008 North American Services Medical Devices Healthcare Innovation Award from Frost & Sullivan.
