Scivita Medical Expands Endoscope Collaboration with Boston Scientific

Scivita Medical Technology and Boston Scientific have come together to sign an expanded strategic cooperation arrangement to bring single-use endoscope and imaging devices to more hospitals and patients throughout China and other countries.

"We look forward to successfully building on that relationship with this new arrangement."

Scivita Medical focuses on minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment solutions, for the research, development, and commercialization of endoscopes and related products. Making globalization its strategic goal, the company is making progress through cooperation agreements like what it has with Boston Scientific, along with Chinese enterprises and multinational companies.

The strategic cooperation arrangement between the two companies will expand Scivita Medical’s existing relationship with Boston Scientific for strategic co-development and global distribution activities, which may include collaboration opportunities for Scivita Medical’s single-use endoscope and imaging devices. The arrangement is also expected to help bring the company’s products to hospitals and patients throughout China and abroad.
